    • Custom or personalized products
    • Items marked as final sale

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your items back.
  3. Shipping the Return: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was defective or incorrect. Please ensure the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
  4. Inspection and Approval: After we receive your returned items, they will be inspected. If they meet the return criteria, your refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will process the refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
  • Refund Timeline: Refunds typically take atleast 1 business day to reflect in your account after the return has been processed.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.

4. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can follow the return process above and request an exchange. Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability.

5. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If you wish to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at support@richalifestyle.com. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the cancellation request may not be accepted, and you would need to follow the return process once the product is delivered.

  • Cancellation Fees: There are no fees for cancellations made within the specified time frame. If your order is canceled after it has been shipped, return shipping costs will apply.
