  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details.

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over 999 rupees.
  • Standard Shipping: For orders below 1000 rupees, a flat shipping fee of 99 rupees will be applied.
  • Express Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer express shipping options at an additional cost. Rates will be calculated at checkout.

3. Domestic Shipping

  • Domestic orders are delivered within 7 days from the shipment date, depending on your location.
  • In certain cases, delivery times may vary due to factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, or transportation delays.

4. International Shipping

  • We ship internationally to various countries. Shipping charges and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
  • Please note that international customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by their country.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping carrier’s site.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If your order is delayed or you experience any issues with delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  • If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information, re-shipment charges may apply.

7. Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts

  • For domestic deliveries, our courier partners will make up to three delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the package will be returned to us and additional charges may apply for reshipping.

8. Damaged or Lost Items

  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the courier service and provide a suitable resolution, whether that be a replacement or a refund.

9. Changes to Shipping Address

  • If you need to update or change your shipping address, please contact us within Two hour of placing the order. After the order is processed, we may not be able to modify the address.
